Fineline Tattoos and Body piercings private Studio, Ballynahinch, Co Down
Thank you for stopping by! With a background in Fine Art and a deep-seated passion for tattoos and piercings, I established Tiny Tattoo and Co to fulfill a lifelong dream. After overcoming breast cancer, I poured my energy into creating Tiny Tattoo and Co.
Working alongside my daughter, we specialize in body piercing and fine line tattoos. Having experienced how meaningful the little joys in life can be, I’m committed to giving back to those affected by breast cancer. To lift spirits, I’m offering a complimentary fine line tattoo of the breast cancer ribbon.
Our studio is a cozy, one-on-one space nestled in the countryside, where we use organic and vegan-friendly products. Everyone is welcome, and we can’t wait to share this special journey with you!

FAQ and Aftercare
Fine line tattoo questions
What is a fine line Tattoo?
Is a fineline tattoo considered a 'true' tattoo and is it permanent? Absolutely, fineline tattoos are indeed 'real' tattoos. Like any tattoo, they may fade over time and might require touch-ups in the future, but they are permanent.
Do you offer custom designs? Absolutely! I thoroughly enjoy creating custom designs. Will a touch-up be necessary once the tattoo has fully healed? Touch-ups may not always be necessary, but they could be required due to the delicate nature of fineline work. If you believe a touch-up may be needed, make sure to reach out to your artist within 8 weeks of getting your tattoo.
Before your appointment
- Avoid sun-beds or sun tanning for 14 days prior to your appointment.
- Refrain from consuming caffeine or alcohol at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Have a nutritious meal, stay hydrated, and if it's a full-day session, pack snacks and drinks.
- Dress comfortably and appropriately for the tattoo area.
- Inform your artist of any skin concerns beforehand.
- Disclose all medications and medical conditions to your artist well in advance of your appointment.

Is it okay if I have someone accompany me to my appointment?
While we recommend that you attend your appointment alone, if you would feel more at ease with someone else present, please inform your artist beforehand. Please be aware that children are not allowed in the studio though.
Will the tattooing process be painful?
You may experience some discomfort during the tattooing process, but in my experience, it is typically less painful than a traditional tattoo. If you need to take a break at any time, simply inform your artist. Can individuals under the age of 18 get a tattoo with parental consent? Unfortunately, no, individuals under the age of 18 cannot get a tattoo, even with parental consent. If you want to use numbing cream please do you research on it and do not buy from amazon. It is entirely your decision , and please read instructions on the packet .
Aftercare
Aftercare instructions:
- Always wash your hands thoroughly before touching your tattoo to prevent infection.
- 2-4 hours after getting your tattoo, gently remove the wrapping and wash it with anti-bacterial soap.
- Pat your tattoo dry with kitchen roll (avoid tissue or cotton wool) instead of rubbing it.
- Apply a thin layer of aftercare butter, ensuring not to overdo it, just enough for a thin film.
- Keep your tattoo clean over the next few days and apply the aftercare butter as needed, avoiding overloading but preventing it from drying out. I will provide aftercare butter :)
- Avoid direct sunlight and sunbeds for at least 14 days. Once healed, use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 when exposed to the sun.
- It's normal for your tattoo to flake, peel, or scab slightly during the healing process.
